Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try before you buy. This cancellation policy sets out how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of their duration. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you may cancel it. If you would like to cancel or modify your subscription, you can do so at any time. Order confirmation emails contain links to your order, from where you can manage your subscription. Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is out of stock or coming soon but not yet in inventory. We may charge no payment, or a partial or full deposit at the time of order confirmation, store your payment method, and then process and charge the remaining or full balance at a future date. You may cancel a partially or fully paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a full or partial refund. Try Before You Buy
When you purchase a "try before you buy" item, we authorise your payment method prior to order fulfilment. You will have a set period of time to decide whether you wish to keep the item. Once that period has elapsed, if you have not returned the item, the full amount will be charged to your payment method.
